Abstract

RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang tahun 2022 klinik medical chek up jumlah kunjungan 1712 pasien, persentase pasien baru 49,82 %, lonjakan kedatangan pasien terjadi pada waktu-waktu tertentu. Sistem pendaftarannya dilakukan secara manual dengan memanggil nomor antrian pasien. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah persentasi pasien baru yang tinggi dibutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama untuk proses pendaftarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang membangun aplikasi reservasi online pasien medical check up di RSUD dr R. Soetrasno Rembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, brainstorming dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini aplikasi reservasi online pasien medical check up di RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang yang dapat membantu mempermudah, mempercepat pasien serta pihak rumah sakit dalam melaksanakan pelayanan terhadap pasien.
