Abstract

Hipovolemia pada anak dengan Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) apabila tidak segera ditangani dapat menyebabkan kematian. Studi kasus ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penatalaksanaan asuhan keperawatan hipovolemia pada anak dengan DHF di ruang anak RSUD Balung dan RSD Kalisat Jember. Metode: Rancangan penelitian merupakan studi kasus. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2022 sampai 27 Oktober 2022 di ruang anak RSUD Balung dan RSD Kalisat Jember. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan anak. Pengambilan data dimulai dari wawancara, pengukuran, observasi, dan sudi dokumentasi. Hasil: setelah dilakukan Tindakan pemberian infus dehidrasi asering dan monitoring pasien An. S (7 tahun) lebih cepat mengalami perbaikan kondisi lebih cepat dari pada pasien An. A (7 tahun) tetapi hal tersebut juga berkaitan dengan ke kooperatif an dari pasien. Pasien An. A (7 tahun) lebih kooperatif tidak banyak gerak saat diberikan terapi injeksi, tidak menangis maupun menolak untuk minum obat oral, dari pada pasien An. S (7 tahun) tidak kooperatif, pasien banyak gerak, menangis ketika perawat datang untuk memberikan terapi obat, dan pasien menolak diberikan obat oral sehingga An. S (7 tahun) hanya diberikan obat injeksi.
