Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Triase START terhadap Penanganan Pra Rumah Sakit Korban Label Kuning pada Anggota BPBD Kabupaten Bondowoso

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pra rumah sakit merupakan perawatan medis darurat yang di berikan kepada korban sebelum datang ke rumah sakit, salah satunya pada korban pasca bencana dimana penanggulangan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah kehilangan jiwa dan mengurangi penderitaan pasien. Pendidikan kesehatan Triase START merupakan salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan kemampuan penanganan pra rumah sakit. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode preexperiment dengan pendekatan pre test post test group desain yaitu terkait sebelum diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan serta sesudah diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penanganan pra rumah sakit korban label kuning sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan triase START yaitu berada dalam kategori cukup dengan persentase 56,0 %, sedangkan kemampuan penanganan pra rumah sakit korban label kuning setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan triase START yaitu didalam kategori baik dengan persentase 53,0 %. Didapatkan pula hasil uji Wilcoxon terlihat nilai significant yakni sebesar 0,000. Sehingga nilai p adalah 0,000 < 0,05, maka ditetapakan bahwa bahwa H1 diterima yakni terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan triase START terhadap kemampuan pra rumah sakit korban label kuning pada anggota BPBD Kabupaten Bondowoso. Diskusi: Pen-didikan kesehatan Triase START diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penanganan anggota BPBD dalam memilih korban saat bencana secara tepat dalam penanganan yang merupakan tindakan pra rumah sakit.
