Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Combustio dengan Masalah Keperawatan Nyeri Akut Di RSD Balung Jember dan RSD Kalisat Jember

Combustio adalah suatu bentuk kerusakan atau kehilangan jaringan yang disebabkan oleh paparan sumber panas. Kedalaman combustio berhubungan dengan lamanya waktu ketika kulit terpapar. Gejala yang dialami pasien combustio yaitu melepuh, pembengkakan dan kulit mengelupas, gejala ini sering memburuk selama beberapa jam atau hari pertama setelah cedera. Combustio grade satu, jenis luka ringan yang memengaruhi lapisan luar kulit dapat menyebabkan kemerahan. Combustio grade dua, jenis luka yang dapat memengaruhi lapisan kedua kulit (Dermis). Kondisi pasien combustio ini menyebabkan kulit bengkak dan memerah, dan melepuh. Combustio grade tiga, jenis luka ini mencapai lapisan lemak bawah kulit luka grade tiga ini dapat merusak saraf dan menyebabkan mati rasa. Kesimpulan : Dalam studi kasus ini melibatkan kedua pasien combustio dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut. Pasien yang pertama berumur 22 tahun mengalami nyeri yang dialami skala nyeri 5, luka yang dialami pasien tersebut sampai 27% daerah luka yang dialami pasien yaitu dari punggung bawah sampai paha belakang . Sedangkan pasien yang kedua berumur 50 tahun skala nyeri yang dialami pasien tersebut yaitu skala nyeri 5, luka yang dialami pasien tersebut 18% daerah luka yang dialami pasien perut dan paha kiri. Bedasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis tertarik untuk mengelola pasien dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut di RSD Balung Jember dan RSUD Kalisat Jember sebagai asuhan keperawatan dan dijadikan sebagai karya tulis ilmiah dengan judul “ Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Combustio dengan Masalah keperawatan Nyeri Akut di RSD Balung Jember dan RSUD Kalisat Jember.
