Keterkaitan Masa Bekerja dengan Self Efficacy pada Tim Code Blue dalam Penatalaksanaan Pasien Gawat Darurat

Masa bekerja sebagai tim code blue merupakan pengalaman yang dijalani selama menjadi tim code blue di Rumah Sakit Bina Sehat Jember. Semakin lama masa bekerja tenaga kesehatan maka pengalaman dalam menguasai bidangnya semakin dalam, sehingga mampu memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi dan mampu melakukan sesuatu sesuai tindakan dengan rasa kepercayaan diri yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian: ini untuk mengetahui hubungan masa bekerja tim code blue dengan self efficacy dalam penatalaksanaan pasien gawat darurat. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian descriptive correlational dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan tim code blue di Rumah Sakit Bina Sehat Jember. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 52 tenaga kesehatan. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kuesioner yang berisi 1 pertanyaan pada variabel masa bekerja tim code blue dan kuesioner self efficacy yang berjumlah 10 pertanyaan yang sudah peneliti uji validitas dan realibitasnya. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Korelasi Spearman rho untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan masa bekerja tim code blue dengan self efficacy. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan nilai p 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya Ho di tolak sehingga terdapat hubungan masa bekerja tim code blue dengan self efficacy dalam penatalaksanaan pasien gawat darurat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu lama masa bekerja sebagai tim code blue berkorelasi positif dengan self efficacy yang di miliki tenaga kesehatan Rumah Sakit Bina Sehat Jember.
