Abstract

sistem jaminan social ketenagakerjaan berfokus pada penyediaan pertanggungan bagi karyawan yang digaji, sementara pekerja belum tercakup atau hanya tercakup Sebagian. Pelaksanaan jaminan social ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja Karyawan di PT. Ma-yangsari. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program jaminan Sosial ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja Karyawan di PT Mayangsari telah melaksanakan program jaminan social bagi pekerja Karyawan sesuai dengan Ketentuan Peraturan Perundangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan jaminan social bagi pekerja Karyawan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundangan. Kesimpulan dari hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan program jaminan social ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja Karyawan ditemukana jumlah kepesertaan yang belum mencakup bagi karyawan yang tidak tetap, program jaminan kecelakaan kerja yang belum terbayar karena bersentuhan dengan program jaminan Kesehatan nasional.
