Efektifitas Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Sukorambi dalam Pelayanan Pembuatan Kartu Keluarga di Kabupaten Jember

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kinerja Pemerintah Desa Sukorambi dalam pelayanan pembu-atan Kartu Keluarga di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Objek penelitian adalah proses pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga di Pemerintah Desa Sukorambi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan petugas pelayanan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Desa Sukorambi telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga. Beberapa langkah yang diambil termasuk peningkatan kualitas layanan, pelatihan bagi petugas pelayanan, dan pen-erapan teknologi informasi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga, seperti terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan teknologi yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun telah ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa Sukorambi, masih diperlukan langkah-langkah lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga agar dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat.
