Salah satu tugas KPU adalah melakukan verifikasi administrasi, verifikasi faktual dan menetapkan partai politik sebagai peserta pemilu. Pelaksanaan tugas tersebut dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Partai politik (Sipol) yang merupakan salah satu inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja KPU sehingga bisa lebih efektif. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang digitalisasi sistem informasi partai politik pada tahapan verifikasi pencalonan partai politik sebagai peserta pemilu tahun 2024 di KPU Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, kualitas sistem belum baik yang ditandai dengan masih belum adanya jaminan data bisa masuk secara serentak dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Kedua, kualitas informasi yang diberikan oleh KPU Kabupaten terhadap partai politik cukup baik, akan tetapi pada saat pengumpulan data informasi yang diterima oleh KPU Kabupaten Jember dari partai politik baru kurang akurat. Ketiga, kualitas pelayanan KPU Kabupaten Jember terhadap proses pencalonan partai politik cukup baik mulai dari awal pendaftaran, verifikasi hingga penetapan partai politik yang bisa lolos pada pemilihan umum tahun 2024.
