Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Pancasila: Strategi Membentuk Generasi Emas

Indonesia menargetkan Generasi Emas 2045 sebagai tonggak pembangunan bangsa yang berdaya saing global sekaligus berkepribadian kuat. Pendidikan karakter menjadi instrumen strategis untuk membentuk integritas, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial generasi muda. Artikel ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila sebagai strategi untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila menekankan internalisasi nilai-nilai dasar bangsa, yaitu Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab, Persatuan Indonesia, Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan/Perwakilan, dan Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia. Melalui tinjauan teoritis dari filsafat pendidikan, humanisme, dan psikologi perkembangan moral, artikel ini mengusulkan paradigma pendidikan yang bertransformasi dari knowledge-based learning menuju value-based learning, di mana pengembangan intelektual seimbang dengan pembentukan karakter dan kesadaran kewarganegaraan. Strategi konseptual mencakup pedagogi reflektif, pembelajaran dialogis, dan integrasi praktik sosial yang menumbuhkan kepedulian ekologis dan sosial. Pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila tidak hanya membekali generasi dengan kapasitas akademik, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai moral, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila merupakan landasan strategis bagi Indonesia dalam mempersiapkan generasi 2045 yang cerdas, etis, dan berdaya saing, sehingga mampu menjadi agen perubahan bagi masyarakat yang inklusif, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan.
