Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit pembuluh darah yang mencegah darah memasok oksigen dan nutrisi ke jaringan tubuh sehingga menyebabkan jantung tidak berfungsi.Terapi tambahan yang saat ini sedang populer dan dipercaya oleh masyarakat umum untuk pengobatan hipertensi antara lain bekam. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bagaimana asuhan keperawatan komplementer menangani kasus hipertensi di Curahdami Bondowoso. Metode : Desain penelitian adalah studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 21 Juni 2023 sampai 26 Juni 2023 di Curahdami Bondowoso. Ada dua sampel yang diambil secara purposive dari semua orang tua yang menderita Hipertensi. Format penelitian dan evaluasi keperawatan komplementer digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Pengukuran, Observasi, dan wawancara adalah studi pengumpulan data. Hasil pembahasan: setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan tanda- tanda vital pada Tn. H diketahui TD: 170/90 mmHg sedangan Ny. I 160/100 mmHg.
