Abstract

Halusinasi terjadi ketika seseorang mengalami kesalahan persepsi yang disebabkan oleh respons neurobiologis yang tidak wajar. Penderita halusinasi menganggap distorsi sensori sebagai realitas dan memberikan respon terhadapnya. Tanda dan gejala halusinasi dapat dikenali melalui observasi terhadap pasien, ekspresi wajah yang tidak sesuai seperti menyeringai atau tertawa secara tidak wajar, gerakan bibir tanpa mengeluarkan suara yang dapat terlihat, gerakan mata yang cepat dapat terjadi, menutup telinga, respon verbal yang terhambat atau pasien cenderung menjaga keheningan, kesibukan dalam pikiran yang dapat membuat pasien terlihat diam dan terfokus pada sesuatuyang tidak terlihat oleh orang lain. Respons neurobiologis menunjukkan bahwarespons yang adaptif mencakup pikiran logis, persepsi yang sesuai, dan hubungan bersosial yang harmonis, sementara respons yang maladaptif mencakup gejala seperti waham, halusinasi, kesulitan mengelola emosi, perilaku yang tidak terorganisir, dan isolasi sosial. Dilakukan Penulis asuhan keperawatan dengan model studi kasus dengan pendekatan yang digunakan an yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membahas asuhan keperawatan jiwa pada pasien di RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wedio-diningrat Lawang dengan masalah keperawatan halusinasi. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari hasil studi kasus ini adalah asuhan keperawatan yang tepat akan membantu menyelesaikan masalah klien dalam menghadapi masalah keperawatan halusinasi pen-dengaran.
