Defisit perawatan diri merupakan kondisi di mana seseorang mengalami kesulitan atau ketidakmampuan untuk melakukan aktivitas perawatan diri sehari-hari yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan kesehatan dan kemandirian. Aktivitas perawatan diri ini mencakup mandi, berpakaian, makan, minum, membersihkan diri, menggunakan toilet, dan menjaga kebersihan diri secara umum. Tujuan dari penulisan dari Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini mendapatkan keterampilan dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan jiwa pada pasien gangguan halusinasi dengan masalah defisit perawatan diri. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus dengan 2 partisipan yang dilakukan selama 5 hari pada periode 29 Mei sampai 10 Juni 2023 di RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang dengan implementasi dukungan perawatan diri. Berdasarkan data yang didapat setelah diberikan tindakan asuhan keperawatan dengan implementasi dukungan perawatan diri yang diberikan pada kedua klien memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan tingkat perawatan diri klien, dengan bukti klien mampu melakukan aktivitas sehari – hari dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah asuhan keperawatan dengan dua pasien dilakukan secara komperhensif.
