Hubungan antara Gangguan Kuantitas dan Kualitas Tidur Pada Anak di SD Negeri Kepatihan 05 Jember

Tidur merupakan suatu proses aktif bukan sekedar hilangnya keadaan yang terjaga. Namun sangat sedikit bukti em-piris yang menjelaskan hubungan gangguan kuantitas dengan kualitas tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara gangguan kuantitas dan kualitas tidur. Desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi anak usia 10-12 tahun di SD Negeri Kepatihan 05 Jember sebanyak 150. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dibu-tuhkan sejumlah 88 responden. Sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Varible prediktornya adalah kuantias tidur, dan variabel responnya adalah kualitas tidur. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Speaarmen dengan tingkat kemaknaan ditetapkan α ≤ 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara gangguan kuantitas dan kualitas tidur pada anak (p=0,001; r=0,615). Oleh karena itu perlu meningkatkan kuantitas tidur untuk mendukung tidur yang berkualitas
