Desa Sidomulyo ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata di Kabupaten Jember pada tahun 2022 karena memiliki destinasi wisata unggulan dengan mengelola potensi yang ada dengan baik melalui sistem kolaborasi. Pengembangan Pariwisata Desa Sidomulyo dilakukan dengan melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terlibat seperti pemerintah, swasta, akademisi dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil latar belakang yang dipaparkan maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana collaborative governance pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Sidomulyo? Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui collaborative governance pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Sidomulyo. Kemudian dalam penlitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan adalah Emerson dan Tina Nabatchi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam collaborative governance dapat membentuk dinamika kolaborasi, tindakan kolaborasi dan dampak terkait pengembangan pariwisata desa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa collaborative governance pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Sidomulyo menimbulkan dampak sosial dan ekonomi meskipun pengembangannya kurang maksimal karena terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi.
