Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga pada Kasus Tuberculosis Paru dengan Kurangnya Pengetahuan Keluarga Merawat Anggota Keluarga yang Sakit Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banjarsengon

Tuberculosis adalah penyakit menular disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Penularan ini dapat melaui droplet pada orang yang terinfeksi kuman Mycobacterium tuberculosis, penyakit tuberculosis dapat menular secara luas dan cepat (Depkes RI, 2017). Sumber penularan adalah penderita tuberkulosis paru BTA (+) yang bisa menularkan kepada orang di sekelilingnya, terutama menularkan pada seseorang yang kontak erat. Bakteri ini tidak tahan terhadap cahaya terutama sinar matahari sehingga perkembangan bakteri yang cepat terjadi pada malam hari (Rab, 208 C.E.). Tuberculosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia terutama di negara berkembang. Bagi orang terjangkit tuberkulosis, ada satu hal penting yang wajib diperhatikan dan dilakukan, yaitu keteraturan dalam meminum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) sampai dinyatakan sembuh. Biasanya penderita mengonsumsi OAT tersebut dengan jangka waktu 6 – 8 bulan. Metode penulisan dengan model studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik pada Tn. S dan Ny. M di Kelurahan Bintoro Wilayah Kerja PUSKESMAS Banjarsengon. Hasil studi kasus ini adalah Evaluasi asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada Tn. S dan Ny. M dengan masalah keperawatan defisit pengetahuan di Kelurahan Bintoro dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Diharapkan setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan keluarga Tn.S dan Ny.M dapat merawat anggota keluarga dengan tepat.
