Determinan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja: Tinjauan Pustaka Kualitatif-Deskriptif

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis determinan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja (PKRR) dengan meninjau berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi akses, sikap, dan perilaku remaja terhadap layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi pustaka, dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen akademik terbitan tahun 2018–2025 yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran literatur dari sumber-sumber kredibel, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik melalui tahapan identifikasi tema, reduksi data, dan kategorisasi konsep secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan PKRR dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu (pengetahuan, sikap, dan persepsi risiko), faktor sosial (dukungan keluarga dan teman sebaya), serta faktor struktural (akses, kualitas layanan, dan privasi). Hambatan utama ditemukan pada aspek norma sosial-budaya dan stigma terhadap seksualitas remaja, sementara layanan ramah remaja dan edukasi berbasis komunitas terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi dan kepercayaan terhadap fasilitas kesehatan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori Health Belief Model dan Andersen Behavioral Model dengan menekankan peran konteks sosial dan budaya dalam perilaku kesehatan remaja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan pendidikan reproduksi, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, dan pengembangan layanan berbasis komunitas yang inklusif.
